Meillä on ilo kutsua teidät Suomen ITF Taekwon-Don ja Jyväskylän ITF Taekwon-Don yhteistyössä järjestämään Taekwon-Do Kids -ohjaajakoulutukseen 15.–16.3.2025 Jyväskylässä.

Taekwon-Do Kids on suurmestari Donato Nardizzin, 9. Dan, kehittämä 3–7-vuotiaille lapsille suunnattu opetusohjelma, jossa opetetaan Taekwon-Doa ja elämäntaitoja lapsille ikätasoisin opetusmenetelmin. Opetusohjelmaan sisältyy mm. suomenkielinen oppilaan kirja sekä englanninkielinen ohjaajan opas. Koulutuksesta on hyötyä myös vanhempia junioreita ohjaaville.

Nyt järjestettävään ohjaajakoulutukseen voivat osallistua kaikki Suomen ITF Taekwon-Do ry:n lisensoidut jäsenet, jotka ovat vyöarvoltaan vähintään 4. gup. Koulutus on suunnattu seuroissa harjoituksia ohjaaville tai apuohjaaville tai siitä kiinnostuneille harrastajille.

Koulutuksen pitää suurmestari Donato Nardizzi, 9. Dan. Koulutuksen opetuskieli on englanti. Suomenkielistä käännöstä on mahdollista saada tarvittaessa.

Dear Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors and Taekwon-Do practitioners,

We are proud to invite you to the International Kids Course in Jyväskylä, Finland, on 15.–16.3.2025. The course is organized by ITF Taekwon-Do Finland and Jyväskylän ITF Taekwon-Do in co-operation with International Taekwon-Do Federation.

Taekwon-Do Kids is a program created by Grand Master Donato Nardizzi, 9th Degree, to teach Taekwon-Do and life skills to 3–7-year-old children through age-appropriate teaching methods. The program is structured with a study book and an instructor’s guide. This International Kids Course is also useful for instructors who teach older children.

This edition of the International Kids Course is open to all ITF members from blue belt to black belt. The course is designed for people who teach or assist with Taekwon-Do classes in their club or are interested in doing so in the future.

The course will be taught by Grand Master Donato Nardizzi, 9th Degree. The course will be taught in English.

IKC Finland 2025 will be held in the city of Jyväskylä on 15th and 16th March, 2025. Jyväskylä is located 270 km from Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

Registration

All participants must register to the IKC by February 25th 2025 at the latest. However, participants should register as soon as possible, as the number of places is limited. Registration is a two-step process:

1. Organizer registration

The registration to the organizer is done using ITF Finland’s online system (TKDMAN). Please contact Mr Lasse Kuusisto to get your credentials to the database: lasse.kuusisto@taekwon-do.fi

2. ITF registration

The participants must also register to the official ITF database. This is done through your national organization.

Please complete both steps of the registration as soon as possible, but by February 25th 2025 at the latest.

Check-in

The meeting point for check-in will be at the venue. Check-in will be open on Saturday March 15th at 10:00 to 10:45.

Payment

An invoice with payment details will be sent to the participants’ clubs after the final registration deadline.

Cancellation policy after the final registration deadline

• The organizing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances related to either traveling issues (visas, flight delays, etc.) or medical issues.
• The dinner party and sauna fee is non-refundable but it is transferable to another person.
• The course fee will be 85 % refundable.

Saturday March 15th

• 11:00 – 14:00: Course part 1
• 14:00 – 15:00: Lunch break
• 15:00 – 18.30: Course part 2
• 19:30: Dinner party and sauna (optional)

Sunday March 16th

• 10:30 – 13:30: Course part 3
• 13:30 – 15:00: Lunch & ITF Taekwon-Do Finland Instructor Committee meeting, 4th–9th Dan
• 15:00 – 18:00 Course part 4
• 18:00 Closing ceremony of the IKC

Accommodation

Each participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation in Jyväskylä.

We recommend booking accommodation in the center of Jyväskylä.

There are several hotels in Jyväskylä. Here are some of the options to choose from:

• Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki 
• Greenstar Hotel (Local transport runs directly in front of the hotel to the venue)

Local transportation

We call local transport buses “Linkki”. Several buses go to the district of the venue.

It is customary to thank the bus driver for the trip when you get off the bus. You can wave and shout “Thank you” when leaving the bus.

Meals

There are a few restaurants near the venue for a lunch break:

• Caffitella Prisma Keljo (3,8 km)
• Burger King Keljo (3,8 km)
• Hesburger Keljo (3,8 km)

Many other restaurants are available through the delivery apps Wolt and Foodora and can be used to preorder lunch to be delivered at the start of the lunch break.

Dinner party and sauna

A dinner party with an opportunity to relax and share experiences with other participants will be arranged on Saturday evening March 15th starting at 19:30.

People wishing to participate in the dinner should indicate this on their online registration form.
